ZELLORA SOLUTIONS” is a division of Zellora Solutions LLC. Definition of terms used in this document

“Service” or “services” refers to the service provided, and/or the process of providing our services, that ZELLORA SOLUTIONS offers and any options therein “Caller” is any individual or individuals who willingly contact a representative of ZELLORA SOLUTIONS. Methods of contact include, but are not limited to, telephone, email and internet chat. Communication of a ZELLORA SOLUTIONS representative with a “caller” does not imply that any services have been rendered.

“Customer” is any individual or individuals who willingly choose to utilize one or more services offered by ZELLORA SOLUTIONS.

“Customer” also describes any individual or individuals utilizing one or more services offered by ZELLORA SOLUTIONS, but have a “caller” contacting ZELLORA SOLUTIONS to represent them.

“Utilization” or “utilize” is the action of a caller willingly receiving one or more of the services offered by ZELLORA SOLUTIONS.

“Software” is any computer program that can be placed, installed, and/or used on a computer.

Acceptance of policy

Upon utilization of one or more of the services offered by ZELLORA SOLUTIONS, the customer automatically accepts all the terms and policies detailed in this document. The caller bears the right to reject one or more of the terms and policies described in this document. If a caller rejects the terms and policies described in this document, ZELLORA SOLUTIONS reserves the right to refuse service to that caller.

Modification of terms and policies

ZELLORA SOLUTIONS bears the right to modify any information in this document at any time. ZELLORA SOLUTIONS is not obligated to provide prior warning or post notification to any individual or individuals of modifications to this document.

“Fees/Payment

It is the responsibility of ZELLORA SOLUTIONS to make certain that the customer is aware of the different service options offered as well as the amount of money that the customer is going to be charged for services rendered. The amount that the customer is going to be charged relies upon which service option they choose.

When a customer agrees to utilize one or more services, it is their obligation to provide payment prior to the service being initiated. The customer bears the right to refuse payment for the services, but ZELLORA SOLUTIONS then bears the right to refuse service to that individual or individuals.

CREDIT CARD USE

Any customer providing credit card information over the phone must be at least 18 years of age. If the customer does not have a credit card, the individual of whose credit card they will use must be present at the time of the call. Otherwise, ZELLORA SOLUTIONS bears to the right to refuse service to the caller.

If any or all of the customer’s credit cards fail authorization, ZELLORA SOLUTIONS bears the right to refuse services to that customer.

CREDIT CARD BILLING

You may be asked to provide us with a credit card number from a card issuer that we accept in order to intiate your Service or any product that you would like to buy. You hereby authorize ZELLORA SOLUTIONS to charge and/or place a hold on your credit card with respect to any unpaid charges for Services or any related equipment. You authorize the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay all such amounts. You authorize ZELLORA SOLUTIONS and/or any other company who bills products or services, or acts as billing agent for ZELLORA SOLUTIONS to continue to attempt to charge and/or place holds with respect to all sums described herein, or any portion thereof, to your credit card until such amounts are paid in full. You agree to provide ZELLORA SOLUTIONS with updated credit card information upon ZELLORA SOLUTIONS request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither ZELLORA SOLUTIONS nor any ZELLORA SOLUTIONS affiliated company will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your credit card. If you mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit card unless and until you provide a credit card number . In the event you are enrolled, or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, at ZELLORA SOLUTIONS option, to the account number provided for such automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan. When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, or if your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we will charge you an additional $15.00.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ZELLORA SOLUTIONS

It is the responsibility of ZELLORA SOLUTIONS to provide customers with competent and timely solutions to their customer needs. It is unacceptable for ZELLORA SOLUTIONS representatives to not provide excellent service. If the employee of our company cannot provide services , they are still required to instruct the customer as to what needs to be done to get the solution.

The customer needs to understand that while ZELLORA SOLUTIONS is expected to perform exceptionally and timely, certain circumstances and the nature of issues can cause service rendering times to vary.

One example of these circumstances would be electrical or internet outages in the building where ZELLORA SOLUTIONS is physically located. These circumstances are out of ZELLORA SOLUTIONS’s control and have the potential to delay ZELLORA SOLUTIONS in meeting deadlines.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is also expected to provide the sales rep with any information necessary to the best of the customer’s ability and knowledge. The customer is expected to understand basic instructions that the sales representative provides to them over the phone

MODIFICATION

 ZELLORA SOLUTIONS reserves the right to amend the Terms and Condition, and the ZELLORA SOLUTIONS Portal at any time by (a) posting a revised version of the Terms and Conditions on the ZELLORA SOLUTIONS Portal (http://www.zellorasolutions.com/terms.html), or by (b) sending information regarding any amendment to the Terms of Service to the email address you provide to ZELLORA SOLUTIONS in connection with registration. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the ZELLORA SOLUTIONS website to be notified of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions.

 

REFUND POLICY

The customer bears to the right to receive a refund if the service process has not yet been initiated. This implies that absolutely no steps have been taken by the ZELLORA SOLUTIONS employees to render the service or to answer the customer’s question(s). If the customer receives a refund at this time, ZELLORA SOLUTIONS bears the right to refuse service to that customer. ZELLORA SOLUTIONS offers a “100% money back guarantee” on the initial incident. “Initial incident” implies a situation where a customer is calling in for the first time with a specific service requirement or question(s). It is the responsibility of the ZELLORA SOLUTIONS employees to provide the describes service and/or answer the question(s) accurately. The representatives of the company must be allowed all opportunities to render the described service. What are considered “all opportunities” varies depending on the nature of the issue and will be defined at the discretion of a ZELLORA SOLUTIONS supervisor, manager, or executive. If the representative is unable to fully provide the solution, or answer the question(s) after exhausting all possible methods of a resolution, a full refund will be issued.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

Every product or services purchased from ZELLORA SOLUTIONS is accessed by electronic means of delivery. We may ship the products on CDs, DVDs or other physical media at an extra cost.

Upon successful purchase, the purchased product can be downloaded instantly from our web site. You can also download the product later at any time by logging into the Customer Support section of our website or from your hosting control panel depending on the product or services your have purchased. If you encounter technical difficulties downloading the purchased product, please contact us at:sales@zellorasolutions.com and we’ll respond in 48 hours on business days with solution or another mean of delivery.
